Description

Single award term contract for 1 year (base year November 1, 2000 through October 31, 2001) and two option year periods (November 1, 2001 through October 31, 2002 and November 1, 2002 through October 31, 2003) for DAPS/Army, Cleveland OH. These specifications cover the production of laser printing forms requiring such operations as copy/tape/cartridge/envelope pickup, electronic printing, inputting of variable information, binding, inserting into Government furnished imprint envelopes, mailing and delivery. Government to furnish: 5-1/4" floppy diskette or Quarter Inch (QIC) cartridges containing Form Source Library and Job Source Library created for Xerox Model 4135 Laser Printer. IMBOS, EBCDIC, 22,610 fixed block length, 133 record length, 9 track, 6250 BPI magnetic tapes or 1/2" cartridges containing variable data, samples of printed statements created from the above. Barcode Presort Summary Report amd a USPS Coding Accuracy Support System Quality Certification for orders requiring mailing will be provided. Envelope stock to be furnished. Approximately 1 to 10 orders. Approximately 280,000 to 360,000 copies per order printed face and back. Deliver f.o.b. destination to Cleveland, OH and mail f.o.b. contractors' city by permit imprint. Material to be picked up by from and delivered to Celveland, OH Production time 4 to 10 workdays. Telephone/Telegraph rrequests are not accepteble.
