Description

Proposed contract consist of furnishing all labor, equipment, materials, transportation, and supplies necessary to clean, service, and maintain in a sanitary condition the Rend Lake Administration Building. Contract duration is for a base year with four (4) optional year periods. Solicitation will be available on or about 22 September 2000. Bid opening is on or about 23 October 2000. Contractors may view and/or download this solicitation and all amendments from the Internet at the following address: //www.mvs.usace.army.mil. Facsimile requests for solicitation documents are acceptable (FAX 314-331-9746 ATTN: Treniece L. Sutherlin). This procurement is 100% set aside for small businesses. See Note 1. To qualify as a small business concern under this solicitation, the size standard is a concern including its affiliates, having average annual receipts for the preceding three years not in excess of $12 million. All responsible sources may submit an offer which may be considered.
