NSN: 3010-01-330-4855, PN: 3010CH47D-1/8, Quantity: 131 each, applicable to the CH-47 Aircraft. F.O.B. destination with deliveries to Texarkana, TX. This item is restricted to Formsprag Clutch, Borg-Warner Automotive, and Boeing. Required delivery schedule with First Article Testing is 53 each, 198 days after contract when First Article is applicable, and 0 each per month thereafter until contract is complete. First Article Test Report is due 108 DACA. Required delivery without First Article Testing is 53 each , 120 DACA, and 0 per month until contract completion. This part must be acquired from a manufacturing source(s) specified on a source control or selected item drawing as defined by the current versions of DOD-STD-100. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside.
