Description

Provide all labor required for installation and set-up as well as applications training needed, materials, equipment and supervision to upgrade/replace Westinghouse Security Management System 5850 to Stargaze level with the following Stargaze computer/software (SE-Stargaze) or equal, extra poller Stargaze, Master Control Station with NT software (NEXTERMINAL), access control unit version 3.0, input/output board-32 input, ACU power module with standby communications interface, line driver, and all miscellaneous conduit, connectors, and anchors. System to be capable of interfacing with existing Westinghouse 808S Access Control Units and 422 Analog Proximity Card Access System. This is a commercial item procurement prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation 12.6. A written solicitation will be issued as an Invitation for Bid on or about 9/5/00, SIC 7382.
