Z -- RENOVATE LATRINES IN BUILDINGS 3118, 3119, 3121, 3122 AND 3158, FORT LEWIS, WASHINGTON SOL DAKF57-00-B-0019 POC Olive Lenney, Contract Specialist, (253) 966-3481 Principal items to be accomplished: Remove existing lavatory's and stainless steel shelf's in all latrines on the second and third floors of Buildings 3118, 3119, 3121, 3122 and 3158; Replace shower partitions in all latrines in the buildings listed above. Replacement partitions shall be made of a 1" thick Poly-Mar plastic and to be Desert Beige in color; Remove urinals in all the female latrines in the above listed buildings, and cap off both the water and drains; Install urinal partitions in the male latrines. These partitions may be metal with a baked enamel finish and Desert Beige in color; Install counter top in the area of the removed lavatories. Counter tops shall be Mystique Dawn, or equal. Use drop in lavatories made of enameled steel. Faucets to be Moen P#10064620. All fixtures and fittings to be equal to or better than that suggested. Completion time: 60 calendar days. The proposed procurement listed here is being issued as unrestricted.
