The work is located throughout the state of Wyoming. There are 2,832 townships in the state of Wyoming and they are being converted from mylar to digital format using AutoCAD. The process is based on existing data files, original mylar plats, HI pages and case file research. The work load presently being done is approximately two plats (units) per day, and in most situations three plats can be converted based on degree of difficulty. There are 840 plats already completed, the remaining 1,992 would take one person 3 years to complete. Office space, software and hardware equipment would be provided for the user(s). The contractor would be bidding on completing 1,500 plats for conversion. Time frame is negotiable based on number of workers to complete the project from three years for one person and a shorter amount of time for more then one person. The Project is estimated between $25,000 and $100,000. This is a 100% small business set-aside. A performance period of 365 calendar days has been established, per year.
