The Defense Logistics Agency, Defense Technical Information Center (DTIC) located at Ft. Belvoir, VA has a requirement for remedial and on-call maintenance for Government-owned Automated Data Processing Equipment (ADPE) which supports a wide variety of technical services offered by DTIC. This action will pertain to computer network file services and associated equipment. The period of performance for this requirement will be for one year, from 1 October 2000 through 30 September 2001 for remedial and on-call maintenance services of specified equipment/peripherals seven days a week, twenty four hours a day, 365/366 days a year. This request for quote (RFQ), SP4700-01-Q-1003, shall include information pertaining to all parts, transportation, travel and labor for the performance of remedial and on-call maintenance services seven days a week, twenty four hours a day, 365/366 days a year. The subsequent awardee shall provide on-site maintenance service with a fixed monthly charge. This monthly charge per item for this plan shall include all parts, transportation and labor. The maintenance purchase order shall provide for a 24 hour, 7 days a week Principal Period of Maintenance (PPM) to be shown in the order. This service shall include on-site maintenance as well as telephone support during the PPM. These rates shall include all parts, transportation, and labor. The PPM shall be defined as 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, excluding Government holidays.
