Bi-State Development Agency is requesting bids from firms to provide Synthetic Automatic Transmission Fluid for it's approximately 600, six and eight cylinder diesel motor buses and diesel Ford vans. In addition to the bus fleet, the Agency also owns and operates approximately 100 utility vehicles consisting of various trucks, passenger automobiles and gasoline engine vehicles. Lubricant must be blended from full synthetic base oil and meet corresponding criteria from Sulfur, Saturates, and Viscosity Index. Lubricants blended from Mineral Base Stocks are not acceptable.
