The Edgewood Branch of the AMC Acquisition Center at Aberdeen Proving Ground intends to issue a solicitation on the basis of full and open competition. This effort will provide services for logistics support. The objective of this effort is to obtain technical manuals and other technical publication-related services; training products and services; fielding support to include deprocessing and installation of systems; technical troubleshooting and problem solving services; provisioning services and documentation; and Logistics Support Analysis/Logistics Management Information support services and documentation to include maintainability and reliability analyses and human factors/safety engineering. Expertise will be needed in the following areas: preparation of technical publications and training materials in accordance with military specifications; podium and hands-on training of various Army equipment systems in a field environment; performance of Logistics Support Analysis and Logistics Management Information on Army Systems; provisioning and maintenance decisions on equipment designs; project management; writing and editing technical publications. The Government anticipates award of an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity completion form task order contract with a forty-eight month ordering period and a sixty month period of performance.
