The 10th Air Base Wing Contracting Flight, USAF Academy CO., is issuing a Request For Quotation (RFQ) for a maintenance agreement on USAF Academy Hospital sterilizers. The RFQ number is F05611-01-Q-6008. This quotation is for commercial type services and is prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 12 and Part 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. All interested parties may provide a quote with documentation to support the ability to provide maintenance on the above referenced maintenance requirement. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 97-19. An electronic RFQ is attached to this posting for the maintenance requirement as Attachment 1. A Statement of Work is also attached to this solicitation as Attachment 2. This announcement constitutes the only Request For Quotation. No written RFQ shall be issued. The government intends to award a purchase order for the basic maintenance period, 1 Oct 2000 to 30 Sept 2001, with two option periods. The Standard Industrial Classification Number is 7629. The size standard is $5M. Offers are due by 3:00 MST on 31 August 2000. Quotes must be valid for 60 calendar days after close of solicitation.
