This procurement is restricted to eligible SBA certified 8(a) contractors in the Developmental Stage of program participation with a bona fide place of business within the geographical boundaries of Puerto Rico. Under a Memorandum of Understanding between GSA and SBA, GSA, Region 2, Public Buildings Service intends to competitively negotiate a maximum of three (3) term contracts to perform miscellaneous construction projects at GSA owned and leased properties located in Puerto Rico. The initial contract will be for a one year term commencing upon award and will include a Government option to extend the term of the contract for four (4)additional one year terms. Delivery Orders for individual projects will be placed when a need arises. Solicitation documents will be available approximately August 22, 2000.
