It is the Government's intent to award a firm fixed price contract. Authority: 10 U. S. C. 2304 (c) (1). Justification: The Government believes this contractor is the only source able to provide the required supplies within the time frame required and satisfy agency requirements. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes or proposals. Interested persons seeking to challenge the sole source justification must present clear and convincing evidence of their capability to provide the requirement within 15 days after the date of publication of this synopsis.
