The Air National Guard issued a Draft RFP for subject services on 24 July 00 and held Pre-proposal Conferences and Site Visits at seven ANGB sites during the period 31 July 00 through 11 August 00. Prospective offerors were given an opportunity to comment on the Draft RFP and submit comments and questions at the Pre-proposal Conferences as well. The comment and question period has been extended to 5:00 P.M. (EST) on 25 August 00. No questions nor comments shall be considered after this date. Questions and answers, list of Pre-proposal Conference attendees and Bidder's Mailing List will be provided to all prospective offerors with the Final RFP. It is anticipated that the Final RFP will be issued NLT 15 September 00. Prospective offerors will be given at least 30 days to prepare and submit proposals.
