a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in
accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with
additional information included in this notice. This announcement
constitutes the only solicitation. Solicitation RFQ 546-28 -00 is
issued as a request for quote and incorporates provisions and clauses
that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 46. The
Standard Industrial Classification Code (SIC) is 3821 Small Business
Size Standard is 500 Employees Replacement equipment: MOBILE ISOLATION
CHAMBER MIC-6 Mobile Isolation Chamber for IV Admixtures with class
100 enviroment, portable, adjustable working height, dimensions 77L x
29D x 72H, stainless steel with chemical and shatter resistant plastic,
filtration of HEPA filter 99.99% efficient, 5 micron particles, airflow
enters and exits chamber through HEPA filters (Class 100), positive and
negative pressure, 100 volt (standard room outlet) with a two piece
glove/sleeve design. QUANTITY REQUIRED: 1 Contractor will supply all
parts, labor, material and installation. Contractor is required to
provide operation/service (maintenance) manuals with each piece of
