This is a Design/Build construction project for an oily wastewater distribution system from new ship-to shore connections of Drydocks 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 to existing Oily Wastewater Treatment Systems and from Piers 3, 4, 5, and 6 to the existing Oily Wastewater Treatment Systems. This work also includes providing new foundations for OWTS #1, 2, and 4, and to provide new foundations, containment, and building for the Wastewater Filtration Equipment, and incidental related work. The Standard Industrial Classification Code is 1623. The related small business size standard is $27.5 million. The estimated price range for this project is $5,000,000 -- $10,000,000. This Request for Proposal (RFP) is a competitive negotiation. The award will be based on the following criteria: (1) Past Performance, Experience and Qualifications of the Design Team (2) Past Performance and Experience of the Construction Team (3) Technical Solution (4) Subcontracting Experience, Achievements, and Goals (5) Price. This procurement is open to all business concerns.
