Solicitation number F25600-00-T-0224 is issued as a request for quotation. This procurement is set aside for small business, with preference given to Hubzone Certified contractors. The government intends to issue a purchase order for natural gas detection and cathodic protection surveys for Offutt Air Force base to include the base and housing areas.
