NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE The Government intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with eTerra, LLC, under authority of FAR 6.302, a Firm Fixed Price, Service/Supply Contract, for Satellite Imagery. eTerra, LLC is the only source known to with the exclusive rights to process and sell data from the 5-meter Indian Remote Sensing satellites.
