The contractor will be required to respond to all service calls within four (4) hours after notification. Service calls will be placed Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 am and 4:30 pm (CST). Successful bidder must have two (2) years of documented experience on maintaining and repairing Lanier Dictation Equipment. Documentation of experience must be furnished with bid.
