The platform is a cantilevered deck approximately 15 ft x 30 ft in size. The project is located at the Devil's Churn Overlook in the Cape Perpetua Scenic Area which is approximately 1 mile south of the city of Yachats, Oregon, on Highway 101 and is on the Waldport Ranger District, Siuslaw National Forest, Lincoln City, Oregon. The contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, supervision, transportation, supplies (except those designated as government furnished), and incidentals to accomplish all work necessary. The government estimate is between $25,000 and $100,000. The successful offeror shall be required to submit a payment bond prior to start of work. Contract time is 45 calendar days.
