The Southern Arizona VA Health Care System is soliciting bids for 2 each manufactured modular buildings. Buildings are to provide office space. Exterior dimensions of buildings are 28 feet by 60 feet, exclusive of hitch devices utilized to move modular buildings. Interior layout and dimensions are to be predicated on the floor plan drawings provided by the Government and are similar in appearance to the interior of buildings number 68 and 69. The buildings shall have a similar exterior appearance to existing buildings number 68 and 69 which is stucco with a red tile mansard. Visually the buildings appear to have a flat roof. Contractor shall be responsible for transportation, installation and finishing of the modular buildings, which includes all labor, materials, equipment and supervision involved in site preparation. Site preparation includes but is not limited to electrical, plumbing and concrete work. The Government is responsible to provide all utilities to be installed to a location specified by the drawings for final connection by the contractor. Utilities include electricity, water, sewer and communications. Interior utilities are to be installed at place of manufacture, will include J-boxes and wire ways for telecommunications equipment specified in drawings. Additional telecommunication equipment and wiring shall be provided and installed by the Government. The contractor shall obtain all required permits and approvals prior to installation of the modular office buildings. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The SIC is 2452. The Size Standard is 500 employees. The estimated construction cost range is $250,000 to $500,000.
