The contractor is to provide all management, supervision, labor, materials, equipment, and supplies necessary to provide custodial, minor maintenance and related services. The contractor shall plan, schedule, coordinate and assure effective performance of all services. Date of issue for specifications will be on or about August 25, 2000. Term of contract is October 1, 2000 through October 1, 2002. Contractor will have an opportunity to extend the contract by three (3) years, if he/she maintain during the base years a customer satisfaction score of 90%.
