issue a delivery order against an existing Library of Congress FEDLINK
contract to renew a subscription with LEXIS/NEXIS for the use of their
LEXIS/NEXIS database for the period 10/01/00 throuth 9/30/01. The
LEXIS/NEXIS service contains an extensive array of databases with over
50 million documents, and offers a full range of legal, legislative,
regulatory, company, financial, public record, medical, news, and
current affairs information. The legal service includes access to case
law, administrative decisions, statutes, regulations, law reviews, and
special publications. Publications in the news service are global in
scope, and cover a variety of topics including business, government,
finance, politics, and technology. The LEXIS/NEXIS service will be used
by the FTC staff in Washington, DC and in 8 regional offices. All
responsible sources may respond. Written responses should include price
and technical data sufficient to determine capability. No
