Women-owned and Small Disadvantaged Businesses are encouraged to participate. The project is located at F.E. Warren Air Force Base, Wyoming. The project involves complete renovation of the 2nd floor attic space of Building 152, including 1st floor stair lobby, central stairwell, entry vestibule, and partial basement. The renovation includes but is not limited to interior building demolition, asbestos abatement, new windows and trim, interior construction including partitions, upgrading stairwell to two hour rating and replacing concrete column with steel, interior finishes including flooring, wall surfaces and ceilings, plumbing including supply, waste and vent, new HVAC, new fire protection systems, new interior and exterior electrical, communication and special systems, limited site work, and minor repairs. The period of performance for this contract will be 365 calendar days. Magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. This solicitation is a Request for Proposal-Price Performance Trade-Off(PPT).
