This project consist of replacing roofs on two buildings at Kenai Lake Work Center- South Dorm building and Lakehouse building. The work on the South Dorm building consists of removing and disposing of the existing asphalt shingle roofing, replacing sheathing as needed, furnishing and installing a new metal roof, including continuous ridge venting, and acessories. Work also includes installing bathroom exhaust ducts and an outside plumbing vent and removing/replacing soffits on the South Dorm building. The work on the Lakehouse building consists of removing and disposing of the existing asphalt shingle roofing, replacing sheathing as needed, furnishing and installing a new asphalt shingle roof. Work also includes removing/replacing soffits and fascia on the Lakeouse building and furnishing and installing new gutters and downspouts on the Lakehouse building. The estimated start work date is 092500. The contract time will be 30 calendar days. Estimated price range for the project is $25,000 and $100,000.
