Work must be performed in a manner to not disrupt the mail processing operation at this facility. This facility is occupied 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The contractor must closely coordinate all work with the Facility Manager or his designee. There may be situations whereby the contractor will be required to work during slow mail processing times, holidays, or weekends to preclude disruption or the mail processing operation. No work shall be performed during the period November 13, 2000 through January 12, 2001. If the project is not completed prior to November 13, 2000, the contractor will be required to cease all work and resume after January 12, 2001 at not additional cost to the Postal Service. Cost estimate range is $900,000 to $1,100,000. Performance time is 180 calendar days.
