S -- JANITORIAL SERVICES SOL see description below POC Jackie Shewmaker, Contract Specialist, (816) 426-7129, ext. 221 The U.S. Department of Commerce, NOAA, intends to contract for monthly Janitorial Services for the National Weather Service Offices in Dousman, WI, Pleasant Hill, MO and Topeka, KS. The period of performance of the base year of each contract is 10/01/2000 through 09/30/2001. The contract will be for a base year and two option years of service. Each location has a separate set of specifications. The contractor at each location will be responsible for providing all supplies, equipment, supervision and services needed to satisfactorily perform janitorial services in accordance with the specifications provided, Government Terms and Conditions and U.S. Department of Labor Wage Determination. All will be provided with the Request for Quotation (RFQ). A separate RFQ will be issued for each location, and a separate contract will be awarded for each. RFQ's will be issued on or about August 11, 2000. Dousman, WI will be issued under RFQ number NWWR9965100002JAS, Pleasant Hill, MO will be issued under number NWWR9446100004JAS, Topeka, KS under number NWWR9456100001JAS.
