Comer, Contracting Officer, (202) 307-3070 Contract Secure Juvenile Facility services for a federal male and female juvenile offenders in the Judicial districts of Montana or Wyoming. Interested concerns having the ability to provide these services are requested to give written notification (including telephone number and a point of contact) to the Contracting Officer listed in the notice. Services required include care, custody, control, accountability, and treatment to include furnishing of subsistence and medical services, except the expense hospital, surgical, prescriptions, and dental treatment. The services described shall be in accordance with the Bureau of Prisons' Statement of Work. Location of facility shall be located within the Judicial districts of Montana/Wyoming. The estimated total of inmate days for the minimum occupancy is 7,320 for the base year, with a four year option period consisting of 7,300 inmate days for option years one, two, and three respectively. Option year four has 7,320 inmate days. The estimated total of inmate days for the maximum occupancy is 10,980, for the base year and each option year respectively. The RFP issue date is o/a September 27, 2000. An Indefinite-Quantity contract is anticipated. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by this Agency.
