The changes are as follows: This is a notice of intent to issue a sole source contract with Armag Corporation to provide a Duplex Double Wide U.S. Government Specification Armory vice a combined synopsis/solicitation for Commercial Items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The Armory will be provided in accordance with NSWC 3046-93-2 May 1994 Military Specification which is available upon request. Offerors who can furnish the required item, may submit, in writing, a proposal substantiated bt technical information, pricing and Past Performance on similar projects. All responses must be received within not later than September 19, 2000 vice August 16, 2000. All responses from responsible sources submitting the required information will be fully considered. As a result of analyzing responses to this synopsis of intent, the Contracting Officer may determine tht a solicitation will be issued. If a solicitation is issued, no additonal synopsis will be published. Any such solicitation will be issued to the intended vendor and all firms that respond to the synopsis, but if a solicitation is issued, a copy will be provided to such requestor. No contract award will be made on the basis of any responses to this notice. The anticipated award date is September 19, 2000 vice August 18, 2000.
