The Government requires administrative, scientific, technical and analytical services in support of the U.S. Army Medical Research and Materiel Command (USAMRMC) Congressionally Directed Medical Research Programs (CDMRP). The Government anticipates the award of a cost-reimbursement contract for these services for a five-year period of performance plus options for support of varying size programs in support of USAMRMC CDMRP. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, subject matter experts, equipment, off-post facilities, materials, supplies and administrative support necessary to perform services to include, but not be limited to, analyses of intramural and extramural research programs, technical and editorial assistance, meeting support, and proposal coordination support in any or all of the following areas: Program Management -- Vision Setting and Programmatic Review; Support CDMRP Business Operations; Contract and Grants Management; and Program Evaluation. The primary place of performance is theCDMRP facility at Fort Detrick, Maryland. It is anticipated that Solicitation DAMD17-00-R-0021 will be issued on or about 05 September 2000 with responses due on or about 02 October 2000.
