The solicitation is expected to be a Fixed Price-Award Fee with cost reimbursable elements. The period of performance is expected to run from October 1, 2002, through September 30, 2007. There will be a transition period prior to commencement of contract performance. The solicitation is expected to be issued on or about 18 Sep 2000.
