The Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization (DITCO) intends to issue on a sole source basis Communication Service Authorization (CSA) to GTE Airfone Incorporated, to furnish Terrestrial Radio-Telephone Service to include voice, fax, data and (STUIII) capability. This is in support of GTE Magnastar C-2000 equipment installed on Government owned aircrafts, tail numbers 00-300, 60-202, 60-203, and 60-204. It is the intent of the Government to continue to acquire the service from GTE Airfone incorporated, via Comunication Service Authorization (CSA) issued against the Basic Agreement.
