Notice of intent to negotiate a sole source firm-fixed-price contract under the auspices of FAR Part 13 to Alan H. Shaw, Bluemont, Virginia for expert analytical and technical support required for research and development study assessments on nuclear, biological and chemical (NBC) weapons of mass destruction (WMD). This requirement is a follow-on effort to previous study work and shall require the individual to possess an adjudicated Top Secret security clearance. The contract period of performance will be for twelve (12) months. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. Any other firm desiring consideration must fully identify its capability to perform this requirement.
