S -- - INTENT TO NEGOTIATE A SOLE SOURCE CONTRCT WITH PSMFC Notice of intent to negotiate a sole source contract with Pacific States Marine Fisheries Commission (PSMFC) for the Alaska Fisheries Science Center (AFSC). Purpose of contract is to conduct an economic analysis of the proposed NPFMC halibut charter IFQ strucutres. The analysis will concentrate on the possible effects on recreational halibut fishermen.
