Simnacher, Contracting Officer, (361) 961-3913 ext 143 The Corpus Christi Army Depot is soliciting quotes for nonpersonal services to provide labor and material for maintenance and repairs to overhead doors throughout the Corpus Christi Army Depot (CCAD). Contractor shall respond to all service calls within four hours, during normal working hours, Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Each service call would require an estimate prior to repair and would be given to the Contracting Officer Representative (COR). Upon review, the COR will either authorize or cancel the service call. Work will consist of alterations, repairs, and modifications to overhead doors. Award will be in a "lump sum" with no guarantee that all allocated funds will be utilized. NOTE: Company must be located (based) within 50 miles of CCAD. Standard Industrial Class is 7699, $5.0 million and Department of Labor Wage Determination 94-2507 apply to this procurement. Service period will be for one year from date of award, which will be on or about 8/31/00 using simplified acquisition procedures. Quote must include hourly charges for the following timeframes: (1) Mon-Fri, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; (2) Mon -- Fri, 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.; (3) Saturday; (4) Sunday; and (5) Portal (Trip) Charge.
