Items to be Procured: Require one (1) ten ton bridge crane fabricated in kit form conforming to the following specifications: Drawings and engineering included, 20 feet bridge width, 30 feet running length, 17 foot minimum lifting height at approximately 8 feet per minute, 21 feet total structure height. Motorized trolly with full power, front, rear, and sideways maneuvering, all functions single-speed. Primer paint, gray oxide color. Electrical specifications: 460 volt, 3 phase power. Installation specifications: All work to be performed IAW NEC, all wiring in conduit. Install safety disconnect box on wall adjacent to hoist. Existing structure has 8 inch concrete floor with #4 reinforcing bars 16 inches O.C. both ways. Existing power panel is approximately 50 feet away, manufactured by Siemans, cat #55C6OM68OOCCBS Type S5. Panel has 350 A main breaker with 3 spares. Installation shall include final painting, wiring, per diem, and miscellaneous costs. One (1) year warranty on parts and labor is required.
