The work includes providing a new addition to an existing building and remodeling of the existing building. The new addition includes restrooms, showers, HVAC, and electrical work. Provide a temporary building for use of Building 8 personnel during construction. Provide water and sewer laterals to the new addition and temporary building. Also provide gravel parking and swale grading of yard areas. The SIC Code is 1542, General Construction (Building). The size standard is $27,500,000.00. The estimated cost range is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. The estimated time for completion is 180 calendar days. Plans and specifications will be available as an electronic solicitation. No paper copies will be available. Potential offerors and plans rooms must register on the WEB-SITE.
