Hill Blvd., Charleston AFB SC 29404-5021 REFERENCE NUMBER F7390001951000 Description: Conduct Wetlands protection, sediment erosion control in areas on Golf Course where jurisdictional wetlands are being adversely affected. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-15. The resulting award is set aside for small business set-aside program. The SIC is 1629 with a $17 million dollar size standard. The contractor shall excavate and clean out ditch, slope banks and place one man-sized rip rap on hole #1. The ditch on the west side of the bridge, from the bridge to the tree line, is approximately 100 linear feet on each side of the ditch (both banks). Also, relocate irrigation pipeline from existing location to across the ditch beside the bridge. Excavate and clean out ditch, slope banks and place one man-sized rip rap on hole #8. The ditch on the west side of the bridge, from the bridge to the tree line, is approximately 80 linear feet on one bank and 100linear feet on the other bank. Relocate irrigation pipeline from existing location to across the ditch beside the bridge. Grade and sod the area at hole #8 _Tee Box_ to prevent sediment erosion that is adversely impacting jurisdictional wetlands.
