This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and it is the intent of Western Area Power Administration (Western) Rocky Mountain Regional Office to solicit with only one source, Open Access Technology International, Inc., under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 for the purchase of ETS Tagging Services, being that the product is of proprietary software. The solicitation number is DE-RQ65-00WJ15682, Request for Quote (RFQ). Solicitation, provisions and clauses, herein are those in effect though Federal Acquisition Circular 97-18. The Standard Industrial Code is 7371 with a small business size standard of $18 million. This terms of this acquisition shall be for a base year with four option years. Requirements: Provide automatic validation of OASIS reservations by matching the reservations to the newly submitted E-Tags. The provisions of FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items (March 00), and the clause FAR 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items ( May 99) applies to this acquisition.
