V -- BRIDGE AND TUNNEL TOLLS SOL USSS000031 POC April Delancy (202) 406-6940 The U.S. Secret Service (USSS) intends to negotiate and award on a sole source basis, in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, with the New York Metropolitan Transit Authority/Bridges and Tunnels. New York MTA/Bridges and Tunnels is the sole source for bridge and tunnel tolls in the New York area. This award will incorporate a base year of 1 October 2000 through 30 September 2001 and four (4) additional option years to continue service through 30 September 2005. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. No formal solicitation package is available. The Government will not be responsible for any cost incurred in responding to this notice. Award is anticipated within thirty (30) days. See Note 22.
