This is a solicitation to provide Rodent Control Services for three VA National Cemeteries: (1) Riverside National Cemetery, 22495 Van Buren Boulevard Riverside, CA 92518; (2) Los Angeles National Cemetery, 950 South Sepulveda Boulevard, Los Angeles, CA 90049; and (3) Fort Rosecrans National Cemetery, P.O. Box 6237 Point Loma, San Diego, CA 92106 (Cabrillo Memorial Drive). The Contractor shall furnish all labor and materials to provide a monthly treatment program for field mice, ground squirrels and pocket gophers. The contract shall be for one base year, with the Government having the option to exercise four 1-year periods. Contractor will assume full responsibility for compliance with all Federal, State, County and local regulations governing approved techniques for rodent control. This procurement is set-aside 100% for small business. Qualified businesses wishing to receive a copy of the solicitation must submit their request for RFQ 600-081-00 in writing with complete name, address, telephone number, fax number, and point of contact. Additionally, requests MUST show evidence of licensing in the cities of Riverside, Los Angeles or San Diego, or the ability to obtain same.
