This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, F3360100QC0102, is a Request for Proposal (RFP). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-14. This is a sole source requirement. The requirement has one line item. 0001 (Torque meter compressor rig), P/N: SK761800, Manufacture: (1QK33) Torque Tronics Inc.
