R -- FACILITATOR FOR THE CFC CAMPAIGN SOL A61791 DUE 080200 POC Ida Cofield, Contract Specialist, 301/827-7156, 301/827-7039 Fax The Food and Drug Administration(FDA) intends to issue a purchase order for the following service: A facilitator for the 2000 CFC Campaign. The facilitator shall assist the FDA by facilitating the selection of center cooridinators, establishing goals, selection of keyworkers, training of keyworkers, distribution of CFC materials, the execution of the campaign and campaign close out. The period of performance will be from date of award through March 2, 2001. The SIC Code for this acquisition is 8742. The award will be made for one (1) base year and two (2) option years. Simplified Acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR Part 13.5 Test Program for Certain Commercial Items will be used for this acquisition. The following FAR Clauses apply to this acquisition 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Condition-Commerical Items, 52.21.-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executiive Orders-Commerical Items, and 52.217-9 Option to Extend the Term of the contract.
