The installation shall be complete for two buildings, the control building and the garage building; both are of masonry wall construction. Project locations are in Routt and Montrose Counties, Colorado. The magnitude of this construction project is a $100,000 to $500,000. Estimated completion date is 150 days after Notice to Proceed. There will only be one award from this solicitation. The solicitation package will be issued hard copy Free of Charge. Note: In accordance with FAR 5.102-3, Western procurement officials will be limiting availability of the solicitation package. Therefore, only a Limited Number of Copies will be issued on a "first-come, first-serve" basis. This solicitation will be issued on or about August 7, 2000. Bid Bonds, Performance and Payment Bonds shall be required. The closing date is on or about September 5, 2000. This proposed procurement is set aside for small business concerns. See Numbered Note 1.
