combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in
accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with
additional information included in this notice. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT
CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION. A quotation is being requested and
a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number
F34612-00-T0088 is hereby issued as a Request for Quotation. The
incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal
Acquisition Circular 97-18. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for
Small Business and is under Standard Industrial Classification code
5599, with a small business size standard of $5,000,000. This
requirement is for a C-17 CRASH RECOVERY TRAILER: Trailer, enclosed,
3/8" plywood interior walls, Ball coupler, 24 feet long, 8 feet wide,
7 feet interior minimum height, Tandem axle, 4-wheel electric brakes,
7,000 lb payload capacity, Spare tire, Ramp style rear door, SD2
upgrade package (Side Door), 80 12" wide aluminum ramp door extension,
Adjustable pintle hook tow option, 10 each 500 pound ring tie downs,
1 each exterior (front)mounting bracket for spare tire, Stone guard 24"
wrap-around, 50 Amp electrical service panel, 1 each on-board
(installed Internal with outside access) 5 KW generator with manual
transfer switch, 1 each 11,000 BTU, 120 volt air conditioner, 5 each 15
Amp, power supplies (1 front, 2 each side), 4 each 8 ft double lamp
fluorescent fixtures, 1 each exterior flood light. Please send any

incorporated and are to remain in full force in any resultant purchase

(Nov 1999). It is incorporated by reference and applies to this
acquisition. It is amended to read: Submit signed and dated offer to 97
CONS/LGCA, 205 s. 6th St Bldg. 318, Altus AFB, OK 73523-5147 at or
before 1630 (4:30 p.m.) CST, 31 July 2000. Submit signed and dated
quotations on company letterhead or quotation form. Quotations may be
faxed to (580) 481-7472. Offers on this acquisition shall be evaluated
on the basis of price factors only. The government reserves the right
to make award without discussions. Each offeror shall include a
completed copy of the provisions at FAR clause 52.212-3, Offeror
Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items (Feb 2000) with the
quotation. If a copy of the provisions is needed, please request from
Mrs. Renfro, and a copy will be faxed. FAR clause 52.212-4 (May 1999),
Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items, is incorporated by
reference and applies to this acquisition with the following addendum:
DFARS 252.204-7004 Required Central Contractor Registration (Mar
2000). The clause at 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required
to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items (Jul 2000)
applies to this acquisition and is incorporated by reference. Paragraph
