The scope of work for Building 120 is to renovate an existing single story 8700 GSF storage and shop building into a mercantile (exchange) and storage building. The construction includes demolition of two existing buildings and associated site work including paving and utility connections. All work shall be accomplished in accordance with Specification No. 07-X3838 and Drawing No. 07-X3838. All work shall be completed within 270 calendar days after Award.
