This work includes but is not limited to, demolition, site work, concrete form work, mechanical and plumbing work, and electrical on Keesler AFB, Biloxi, Mississippi. This project will be issued UNRESTRICTED. The Standard Industrial Code is 1799. The size standard is $10,500,000. Magnitude of proposed construction is between $100,000 and $250,000. Award will be made using the Performance Price Trade-Off (PPT) technique. PROSPECTIVE CONTRACTORS MUST REGISTER IN THE CENTRAL CONTRACTOR_S REGISTRATION DATABASE PRIOR TO AWARD OF A GOVERNMENT CONTRACT.
