Brown, Contracting Officer, (202) 324-2458 The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) has a need to renovate existing warehouse building space into occupyable office space in Building T-1067, Number 6, Street A, Montana Industrial Park, BO. Camaceyes, Aguadilla, Puerto Rico. Construction renovation shall include, but is not limited to: Architectural, Mechanical, Electrical, Fire Protection, Paved Parking Area, and Emergency Generator service. Estimated cost is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. Detailed requirements and specifications are included in the Solicitation. Release date for the Solicitation is August 4, 2000. The Solicitation shall be available by mail request only at a cost of $250 per set, with a limit of one (1) set per requesting firm.
