Wood, Contract Specialist, 914/938-4534 This contract is required to provide all personnel necessary to provide coaching services for the U.S. Military Academy, West Point, NY in accordance with the NCAA laws and bi-laws and all other applicable standards and certifications. Only one source is being solicited because it can provide the necessary coaching services and has been providing these services for years with satisfactory results.
