acquisition is for non-personal services necessary to provide aircraft
maintenance in support of the EURO-NATO Joint Jet Pilot Training
(ENJJPT), Pilot Instructor Training (PIT) and Introduction to Fighter
Fundamental (IFF) missions of the 80th Flying Training Wing at Sheppard
AFB TX. This acquisition involves maintenance of all assigned T-37,
T-38, AT-38B aircraft and eventually the T-6 and T-38C aircraft and all
applicable support equipment, transient aircraft support, aircraft
corrosion prevention, and off-station recovery support in order to meet
flying training commitments that achieve and maintain
aircrew/instructor qualifications. The mobilization period is projected
to be 1 Sep 2001 _ 30 Sep 2001 and the basic period of performance for
aircraft maintenance is anticipated to be 01 Oct 2001 _ 30 Sep 2002.
We will include seven (7) one-year option periods with an additional
six (6) months option to extend the services beyond the contract
period. The contract is anticipated to be Fixed-Price Incentive Fee
with Award Fee in the amount of 6% of the total target cost. We invite

anticipatedto be issued 30 Oct 2000 with proposals due 16 Jan 2001. A
Pre-Proposal conference is tentatively scheduled for 15 Nov 2000 at
