Tully, Contracting Officer, 256-876-1351 The Army Aviation and Missile Command proposes to procure two each of the following: (1) Large walk-in fume hoods, (2) Greenheck Upblast Mushroom Exhaust Fan and Accessories, (3) sink for custom walk-in fume hood, (4) explosion proof exhaust fan on/off switch, and (5) Honeywell Velocitrol Fume Hood Variable Air Volume control Units. This procurement is restricted to New-Tech, Division of Zeigler Enterprises, Inc., P.O. Box 1944, Midland, MI 48641-1944. By U.S. Law, participation is restricted to U.S. Small Businesses. Therefore, requests from foreign companies or representatives of foreign companies will not be accepted. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
